UCT councils are involved in a number of programs for young people. Across North America local councils support activities which include Boy, Girl and Cub Scout troops, as well as Little League, Pony League and Babe Ruth baseball programs. In addition, UCT councils hold Junior Golf programs for boys and girls each year and is involved with the national JOIN HANDS DAY event each May.

In 2008, 1,876 members volunteered 15,933 hours and spent $296,827 supporting community youth programs.
