2023 UCT Convention

Register for the 2023 UCT Convention

Your UCT Board of Governors has decided to make the 2023 UCT annual session a virtual event. The meeting will take place on Saturday, June 24 and will be conducted using a videoconference platform. There will be a dial-in option for those who don’t have a computer.

We hope to accomplish as much business and fun during the session as we would during a typical convention. All participants will be required to pre-register prior to the convention. More details will be provided in the coming weeks.

Tentative Schedule

All of Saturday’s events will be held in townhall format

9:30 a.m. – Meeting room open

10-10:30 a.m. – Memorial Service

10:30 a.m. – Business Session

Election

More details will be provided closer to the convention.

Important dates to know

June 2, 2023 – All UCT Standing Committee nominations must be returned to the home office. If you would like someone to represent your region, we need these nomination forms. We will be sending the nomination forms out with the regional convention facilitator packets so that during your regional convention you can make your selections and send them in.

June 12, 2023 – All regions MUST submit their delegates list by this date.

June 12, 2023 – This is the final day to register on the UCT convention webpage.

Week of June 19, 2023 – If there are any virtual townhalls they will be held during this week.

June 16, 2023 – All committee reports to be placed on file must be submitted to the home office so that all reports can be posted online for members to review.
